Our Journey
Students who are neurodivergent have an additional set of criteria when choosing their next step after high school. Yet, the information they need is often not readily available, not shared, or hidden behind stigma.
There are countless tools for neurotypical students to explore colleges, but they fail to address the experience for students with disabilities. The K&W Guide shows specific supports, but no resource truly sheds light on what it's really like to be a neurodivergent student on campus. Not to mention—no source talks about pathways other than a 4-year college.
Pathlitics is all about shedding light on the unique stories that make up all of our pathways.
Turning Insight into Action
Through hundreds of interviews and countless hours of product building, we launched our beta platform last year—and after refining it further, we introduced our robust, full-scale platform this past summer.
Pathlitics is more than just a search tool—it’s a community-driven platform built to empower neurodivergent students with real insights, verified support services, and a network of students, alumni, and institutions that understand their needs.
The Future of Postsecondary Search for Neurodivergent Students
This isn’t just about finding a college—it’s about ensuring every neurodivergent student has the resources and confidence to thrive in their academic or work journey and beyond.

About Amy
After spending 20+ years leading product management teams and launching new products within startups/growth-stage firms including Ecount (acquired by Citi), Relay Network, Travelocity, Netcentives and American Express, I wanted to apply my skills to something that was more meaningful to me.
It started with an idea: helping students explore career paths beyond the typical 10 Halloween costumes. While on the college application journey with my family, a deeper, more personal, need became clear—neurodivergent students lacked the right transition planning tools.
